We would like to thank you for making such a big impact!  After your visit, we spent the next few days implementing the changes you recommended.  The list was long, but we jumped in headfirst and within 3 days, we transformed our home and made it significantly more appealing to buyers.

Dear Laurie and Cathi,

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!  The two days of hard work really paid off.

We put the house on the market three days after you finished staging it, and within 24 hours we received 2 offers on our home!!!  You have no idea what a relief it is to know that even in this economy we were able to accomplish this goal.  Now we are free to house hunt in our new state without the worry of carrying two mortgages.
